Tues 16th Apr – The three critical elements you MUST know before you build!

Thinking about developing a house, townhouse, apartments, commercial?

How do you know with certainty that what you are creating will be in demand and sell in the market?

How do you contain building risks and protect your margin?

I’ll kick off the evening by speaking about the product research you MUST do before you build. Learn the tips and tricks that will help you keep a finger on the pulse for what your market wants to buy – that you are creating!

We’re delighted to have experienced developer and property guru Leon Madigan as our second speaker. Leon has over 40 years of development experience with a story or two to tell! Full of funny anecdotes, and with incredible insight and wisdom, he’ll discuss 2 of the most critical elements in the building process.

Firstly, how do you engage a builder and what do you need to know before you sign their building contract; and secondly, what are the processes that a typical build will entail. How can you ensure that you get what you pay for!

In addition, you’ll also have the opportunity to network with other investors. Hear how they’re making money and learn from the wide variety of experience within the group.

Come along for an information packed evening and feel free to stay for a drink and more networking after the meeting.

    Hi Rochelle,
Thanks for these terrific meetings – I’m enjoying them for both the networking opportunity and the content – well done to you and the team and thanks 🙂
At April meeting, I thought you mentioned being able to get a copy of a “blank” building contract from the website.
Was that this website? And of so where? Or from which website did you mean?
Thanks, see you in a couple of weeks at the May meeting. Cheers, Jorja
