Do you think it would be better to have a great network to call on and possibly unearth opportunities with? Well this meeting will help you with building your network and making the most of your existing network. We will also be covering a lot of detail on commercial property, the area which most successful investors ultimately move into for a number of reasons, many of which will be covered. First we have Russ Parham who is the Managing Director and Licensee of Ray White Commercial Burswood. He commenced his real estate career in 1977 and has an accumulated wealth of knowledge in the commercial property field.
Whilst operating his own Real Estate business he has previously been a lecturer in commercial property at REIWA and a lecturer and examiner in commercial property at TAFE. He has served on a number of committees at REIWA.
He has and continues to provide property and marketing advice to developers and property owners and investors and acts for a number of developers on an ongoing basis. He maintains a day to day presence as an active sales and leasing negotiator in the marketplace.

Throughout his career he has focussed a great deal of his energy on the power of networking. Networking he says has created multiple new jobs, new opportunities, new clients & new friendships. Peter says that you can network your way to success in any industry. Peter uses many tools for his networking success, including running his own networking groups with a membership of approximately 10,000 members! He also builds online networks through facebook, Linkedin, Twitter & more.
Peter will discuss how networking can drive your property investment/development strategy and give you some insights into how he has used modern networking tools to further his success.
