Successful property investors know the property market is not “uniform”.
One of the keys to success in investing is being able to identify the areas of the market that are about to rise, and to avoid the areas about to fall (or those areas moving “sideways” or staying still).
Everyone knows that the Sydney market is on the move right now.
Last year, the median price in Sydney grew by over 13%. And it is still moving today.
But not all areas within Sydney moved at the same rate – some areas grew more, and others not at all.
And for many years before now, Sydney has been FLAT while other markets like the Perth property market BOOMED.
Wouldn’t it have been good to have seen these trends coming and to have got in at the right time?
So how can you tell what areas are likely to rise?
Our speakers this month will cover this exact topic – how to identify upcoming boom property areas, and how to get extra “bang” for your property investing “buck”.
We will examine a funnel approach to locating investing areas, showing you how you to identify the right areas, from the highest level (international) right down to local areas within a suburb or region, and even specific property types.
If you have been struggling to decide what investments to buy (or build) or if you would like to learn more about how to pick the right areas from an experienced investor’s knowledge, then you don’t want to miss this meeting!
Introducing this month’s speakers
Glenn Piper and Brett Antymniuk from Meridian Australia are young, professional investors, licensed real estate agents and are both passionate about property investing.
Glenn started building his property portfolio at the age of 20 with $10,000 to his name and turned this into a two million dollar portfolio within a few short years. Today Glenn has personally traded over 20 properties worth in excess of five million dollars and through his company, he has assisted clients to invest in over $120 million worth of property Australia-wide. Glenn founded Meridian in 2010 and utilising a systemised process of statistical analysis to locate growth markets and by finding quality investments at wholesale prices, he and his company have been helping investors successfully grow their portfolios for the last four years.
Brett is also an active property investor and joined Meridian in 2013. Brett has a background in electrical engineering and computer science and understands the importance of analysis and modelling when determining how to achieve a successful outcome.
