Andrew Andreyev is a lawyer who works primarily with entrepreneurs, investors and their families, and has a broad skill set based on a diversity of professional experience.
He has worked as a tax accountant (with a Big 4 firm), as a merchant banker (in structured finance with Macquarie Bank), and as a lawyer (in national and international practices in Australia and the United Kingdom). Since returning to Australia in 2001 he has run his own boutique law practice with offices in Sydney and Adelaide.
Andrew holds bachelor degrees in commerce and law (from Adelaide University), and a masters degree in law (from the University of Melbourne). He is a Chartered Tax Adviser (with the Taxation Institute of Australia), a Fellow of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. He is admitted to practice law in Australia, England and Wales.
These days Andrew applies his considerable technical skills and experience to assist a particular type of client: entrepreneurs and investors.
At our property meeting this month, Andrew will comprise a series of multiple choice questions to help you assess and improve your knowledge of the laws relating to Joint Ventures and Property Transactions in a light hearted and interactive manner. The topics covered by the questions will range from simple property purchases, to joint ventures and developments – and each question will be answered and then discussed in depth.
Underlying these questions are a series of important legal issues that do arise in practice and have the potential to cause large and unnecessary complications. For this reason ALL property investors will benefit from the seminar– even if only to brush up on some key points.
Make sure you don’t miss this meeting to get some great legal tips when it comes to property from the best in the business!
Remember, you are always welcome to bring along friends or relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people!
