This months Speaker
Our speaker for the night will be Daniel Thickbroom of Chrysalis Quantity Surveying in Western Australia. Daniel and his team, predominantly deal with high end residential and multi residential, health, commercial and industrial developments. Daniel has been a practicing Quantity Surveyor for over 10 years, and has a background in construction having been involved within his family’s construction company from an early age. He is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) an associate with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and member of Australian Institute of Project Managers.
Daniel will be giving us a look at the role a Quantity Surveyor can play in ensuring you get your projects successfully off the ground and to budget, from initial feasibility through to contract management.
He will cover topics such as:
- Feasibility stage
- Schematic design stage
- Detailed design stage
- Tender stage
Post Contract including:
- Contract Administration
- Settlement of Accounts
