Our speaker for this month is Barry Woollam, a successful property investor, and co-director with partner Tracy, in their company, Instyle Property Investments. Tracy (Barry’s wife and investing partner, and also a Quantity Surveyor) also forms an instrumental part of their winning team – Barry credits Tracy for her skills in sourcing the deals they undertake.
