Earlier this month we had an awesome networking dinner and drinks session with over 30 people turning up to enjoy and network. This month we are back to the library with something new.
The current way of marketing a property has not changed much over the years, place a sign board up in front of the house, contact the database, put an ad online (or previously in the paper). In the same time there has been a huge growth in communications channels that are not being used, think facebook, twitter and the like (where people spend a lot of time).
Our speaker for this month is Gavin Sharpe from Perth Metro Property. Gavin is taking his knowledge from working in the commercial world to the real estate sector and developing new ways to cut through all of the same old advertising out there. Gavin has an extensive background in Online Marketing, Website development and project management including being the General Manager of McArthur Natural Products, the eCommerce manager for RAC (Royal Automobile Club WA) and the Director of Web Development Company.
Gavin will be sharing his ideas and strategies with you so that when you want to sell your property you will have the best chance of the sale. Gavin will be covering:
- What are some of the key Online marketing options apart from realestate.com.au and reiwa.com for selling a development project? How do they work?
- Identifying and finding key target markets, testing, measurement and conversion rates.
- Cost, Risk and a keen eye on results and return for your marketing investment
There will also be a market update.
This is going to be a great session with lots of information you can use NOW for both new and experienced investors and as always a great opportunity for networking. We look forward to seeing you there.
