Lee Anderson is a qualified Arborist and teaches in TAFE in the Arborist Course. So there isn’t much he doesn’t know about about trees.


Trees can trip us up when we want to develop, extend, renovate or cut off a rear or side block.

Do you know the difference between a significant and regulated tree?

How do we go about removing a significant or regulated tree?

What about the significance of a tree in the neighbours yard? Can that impact on your house extention?

Michael Bosio has been successful in sales, marketing and business development roles over many years. He has opened new markets.

Michael also undertook successful residential property development projects targeting niche markets. Michael has expertise in the consumer market as sales consultant for a high end residential building company. Michael has worked in state and local government which has given him working knowledge and practical application of the Development Act 1993, Development Plans and their interrelationships with other legislation.

Michael consults as a Development Planner and Product Developer (built form and land use) for Property Developers.

Michael has a Master Degree of Urban and Regional Planning and also holds a Diploma in Property Services (Real estate) and an Associate Diploma in Business (Marketing).
