This will be our last meeting for 2016 and we have two fascinating topics to set you up for success in 2017.

Did you know that the ever growing use of methamphetamine in Australian society brings with it an increased risk to property investors and landlords of accidentally becoming victims of this drug?

The risks are threefold:

  1. You don’t want to purchase a meth contaminated property. Once you buy the problem, you own the problem!
  2. You need to know how to ensure that your tenants are not destroying your investment by using or cooking meth inside the house.
  3. You must meet your obligation as a landlord to provide a clean and healthy, meth-free home to your future tenants.

Martin La Touche from Narcotect will explain how to avoid becoming one of the increasing numbers of property owners being caught out by the effects of this insidious drug. This knowledge could save you tens of thousands of dollars, so don’t miss Martin’s presentation.
