We are fortunate to have Jim Valery present at our June property meeting on his journey taken to becoming successful property investor and developer. This will include some of the deals that he has successfully undertaken and learnings on the way.
Jim hails from a mining background and became the Queensland Secretary of the CFMEU Mining and Energy Division. While Jim was involved in property investing and development before 2012, it was then that he decided into go into property full time, initially in an advisory capacity but soon after, started sourcing and developing property.
Jim has 5 projects on the go now, including a 22 apartment development in Annerley, 2 subdivisions and a townhouse development in Greenslopes. He has a huge amount to offer and his presentation is sure to be of interest to anyone venturing on a property path.
There will be some focussed networking being offered, following on after questions. You do NOT want to miss this meeting!
