Tue 20th June – How To Maximise Your Returns Through Great Property Management

Once an investor buys an investment property they typically engage a property manager to manage their asset, expecting the property manager to:
  • find a tenant for the property
  • ensure rent is paid on time
  • handle ongoing maintenance
  • reduce vacancies between tenancies
  • enhance long-term investment returns
But how can you ensure that you have the right property manager, and how can you best utilise them to optimise your property?

This month we are pleased to have property management experts Leah Sharp and Damien Welch from Little Real Estate come and talk to us about:
  • The importance of property management
  • What’s happening in the rental market including vacancy rates
  • The importance of property selection – case study
  • Increasing rental yield – case study renovation

and much more!

Little Real Estate has a national footprint with 23 offices across VIC, NSW and QLD. With 23,000 properties under management (at last count), Little Real Estate  delivers services to all aspects of real estate with transparency and lifetime client relationships at the core.
