In September, we are very fortunate to have Rob Flux, an experienced Brisbane based property developer present to the group on the Essentials of Running a Successful Small to Medium Sized Property Business.
Rob will provide an exciting insight into the ups and downs of running a successful property development and investing business. He will open the pages of his journey both ups and downs and the lessons learnt along the way and help us see that our greatest strength comes from our mind.
Rob has been in property for most of his life. Rob brought his first property at age 18, first investment property at 21 and owned his first house outright by age 24. Unfortunately, at the age of 38, he lost everything and had to start over from scratch to now being a successful property developer running multiple projects whilst at the same time training and mentoring others to become successful with their own small to medium sized property business.
Some focussed networking will complete the evening’s proceedings, following questions.
Registration from 6.30 pm for a 7.00pm start. (Please arrive a bit earlier so as to avoid a rush at 7 p.m.) Finish around 9.00 p.m.
Enjoy a meal at the Club before the meeting (from 5.30pm) and/or a drink afterwards.
Please bring pen and paper as you’ll want to take plenty of notes! You might also want to bring a jacket, in case the room gets a little cool. Also, please bring business cards.
RSVP on the top right ASAP to lock in your seat as we have limited places available!
There is plenty of parking and remember, you are always welcome to bring along friends or relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people!
There is a $20 per head entry charge or $30 per couple. That includes complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.
David (who will be standing in for me while I am overseas) looks forward to seeing you there.
