Ask any active property investor what they would like more of, and they will probably tell you one thing – more money to do more property investing deals!
The reality is that most people have limited funds to do property deals, and once those funds have been commited across one or more deals they may run put of money to do the next deal.
Most investors actually stop looking for other deals until they have more funds to do their next deal. This can sometimes mean waiting for years. If you want to rapidly build a property portfolio, then this approach will not pay dividends.
The good news is that there are ways of tapping into more money once traditional funding has been fully exhausted… by leveraging other people’s money!
This can be a great means of doing more deals, or larger deals than you might ordinarily be able to take on.
But where do you start, how do you find potential Joint Venture Partners or Money Partners, and what’s the “right” return to offer?

A little about me. I am entreprenuer, property investor, educator and mentor. I started my property investing journey over 20 years ago. However it was over a fifteen years ago when I decided to take my property investing seriously and decided to learn everything about property investing with the objective to be a full time investor / entrepreneur and quit my corporate business consulting job.
I left my corporate job in 2011 after spending a decade transacting through dozens of properties. Today I continue to invest in residential rentals, renovations, property developments and commercial properties as well as businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
