This month, we are very fortunate to have two experienced professionals present to us. Tracey Bavinton will outline who are builders’ brokers and how they can help you with your development projects. This will be augmented with a presentation by Al Campbell, who will present some projects where he has utilised builders’ brokers to add value to his properties and what he could sell them for.
Tracey has extensive experience in the corporate sector, having worked in the travel and building industries in NSW and Queensland in executive sales roles. This was followed by a period writing mortgages for development projects. Tracey then moved into selling development projects in Sydney before moving north to Brisbane in 2006 where she then was the sales manager for a large building chain. After seeing a need in the market, Tracey established Building Brokers in 2015, to provide a one stop shop for clients looking to build and invest in Queensland. Her company now works directly with developers and land owners to offer boutique products targeted to their needs.
Alistair Campbell trained as an aeronautical engineer but today, he is flying along a different trajectory. He is now subdividing and developing small lots, including building houses on Brisbane’s southside. He has also developed and strata- titled units and townhouses. Al is now working with Tracey Bavinton in presenting house and land packages to the market, which has significantly reduced time on the market for these properties.
This promises to be a very informative evening.
