I want to start the year by discussing how we as investors pick the suburbs we invest in, and why is it that not all suburbs perform the same.

There are 312 suburbs in Melbourne…

A common question I hear often asked is ‘Which suburb should I be investing in?’

Great question …

The reality is that not all suburbs perform the same way. At any time some will be going up some staying flat, whilst others go backwards.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a way to determine the direction a suburb was most likely to head next?

The good news is that there is a way – little know to most investors.

This month I have invited expert investor Brendan Kelly to share you some of the secret techniques to being able to forecast the direction of a suburb’s median price (with a high degree of accuracy).
