Many people I’ve met would love to be able to quit their job and become a full-time property investor.
When I was in the corporate world, one of my key goals was to “work myself out of a job” – and get to the point where I could spend most of my time doing property investing. I achieved that in 2011 and have been able to live my passion for investing since then.
One of my other passions is to give back by helping others ‘escape’ the rat race.
As a property investing mentor in the ground-breaking RESULTS Mentoring Program, I get a real thrill from seeing many of the people we mentor reach the point where they no longer need a job and can choose to either work or not work on their own terms – instead focusing on property investing as their main source of income.
This month I have invited long-time Bulleen Property Meeting participant and RESULTS Mentoring Program Graduate, Zoltan Celedes, to come and share his journey from employee to ‘full-time’ property developer / investor.
Zoltan will share with the group:
- how he started his investing and why the traditional ‘buy-and-hold’ investing model was not working for him;
- how he ended up in the RESULTS Mentoring Program and the skills he has learnt over the years;
- what has enabled him to leave the ‘rat race’ behind;
- the challenges and opportunities of being a ‘full-time’ property investor;
- how and why he selected property development as his main strategy.
Zoltan will showcase examples of the property deals and developments he has undertaken in recent years, highlighting the challenges and lessons learned as he transitioned from a full-time employee to quitting work in 2017 and now managing his own property development business with multiple projects currently underway.
This is a must-attend Property Meeting for any property investor aspiring to escape the rat race themselves!
Make sure you diarise Tuesday February 20th and make the time to come and hear Zoltan’s story – and to meet over 40 other awesome property investors.
We will also do some very effective ‘focused’ networking – but you’ll have to be there to experience it.
Bring your friends and relatives …
There is plenty of parking and remember, you are always welcome to bring along friends and relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people.
I look forward to seeing you there!
