David D’Orazio is the principal consultant of Formscape, a town planning consultancy subsidiary to the Western Australia Building Certifiers and Assessors (WABCA Group). He possesses qualifications in both Architecture and Urban and Regional Planning, and experience with private, public, and not-for-profit organisations. Since working for Shelter WA, an affordable housing peak body, David has worked with a range of clientele at Formscape on projects ranging from residential developments, to commercial, rural, and subdivisions.
