Helena Farrell will be presenting from China Imports Direct, Total Development Solutions and Property Passion.
Helena is a full-time Property Developer and Imports building materials from China for her property developments. As a qualified Interior Designer, Project Manager & running an Architectural business means she has extensive experience within this industry. With qualifications in both design and a Diploma of Building Construction, Helena has designed, sourced and specified quality and compliant materials from China for more than 6 years.
Helena started from scratch in property and has used both education and experience over the last 28 years to develop her skills. Being a developer means she understands how difficult it can be to make property stack up particularly in the Perth market over the last few years. Currently Total Development Solutions has 4 development projects in the pipeline and is on the lookout for a few more. Helena does project with joint venture partners, cash and equity investors and SMSF investors.
Importing from China has given Helena an edge on price and the end product quality thereby making projects much more viable even in a tough market.
