This month, we have Pat and Louisa Casey present to the Brisbane Property Meeting on using alternative approaches to the standard online searching methods that are typically used to source potential investment and development properties.
Pat and Louisa have been involved in real estate for 10+ years and run their own successful property development business. Pat has a background in electrical contracting, while Louisa has an office/project management work history. They both have a passion for helping people and building relationships, and after becoming frustrated at constantly chasing and missing out on deals, they designed and established a business model that focusses on joint venture deals with property owners, who also profit from them.
Pat and Louisa utilise a number of unconventional but effective prospecting methods, which can be applied to any development strategy. These methods work as they now have people calling them with potential deals.
The Caseys will show you how to break away from using traditional online methods to find your next deal, saving you hours of fruitless trawling in the hope that a deal will appear. Their techniques may take you out of your comfort zone, but can potentially deliver amazing results.
If what you are currently doing is not delivering you the results you want, come along to find out how their strategies could help you find multiple deals.
There will be some structured networking being offered, following Louisa’s and Pat’s presentation.
