Ask any active property investor what they would like more of, and they will probably tell you one thing – more money to do more property investing deals!
The reality is that most people have limited funds to do property deals, and once those funds have been committed across one or more deals, they may run put of money to do the next deal.
Most investors actually stop looking for other deals until they have more funds to do their next deal. This can sometimes mean waiting for years. If you want to rapidly build a property portfolio, then this approach will not pay dividends.
The good news is that there are ways of tapping into more money once traditional funding has been fully exhausted… by leveraging other people’s money!
This can be a great means of doing more deals, or larger deals than you might ordinarily be able to take on.
