On Tuesday 20th November, we have two experienced property investors and professionals present to the Brisbane Property Meeting on market disruptors and how some of latest cutting edge approaches can work well for you when it comes to selling properties and can help you to end up with more dollars in your pocket than you might if you were to use more traditional approaches. This will be demonstrated through utilising some real deals.
David Kaity is a property marketing strategist who uses a unique approach to marketing. He helps sellers not just achieve record prices but also achieve better net proceeds using some smart techniques to add value and reduce selling costs. David is the author of the book “Real Estate Agents Don’t Sell Homes”. He has had experience in renovating and flipping properties. He challenges vendors to let go of the generations of conditioning in order to achieve a much better result than they otherwise could.
Josh Blakeley will be sharing his experience with different approaches to selling property, encompassing both traditional and “disruptor” approaches, such as David’s approach that he applied to property sales. He will outline what you need to consider with each approach in order to get the best return. Josh specialises in Joint Venture development projects and also helps people get control over their personal finances.
There will be some structured networking being offered, following David’s and Josh’s presentations.
