Thu 14th Mar – When Vendors are Lenders and Cashflow Is KING + Focused Networking

In March, Mike Kelly will present to the Brisbane Property Meeting on how to use a vendor as a private lender to secure and improve a property so as to benefit both Buyers and Sellers.

Mike will use his wealth of experience in the property industry to show how vendor finance transactions outperform traditional investment strategies and where they work particularly well to improve cashflow and end sale prices. He’ll also discuss the pitfalls, problems and other issues the seminar gurus don’t tell us about.

Mike was the interim national president and Qld Representative of the Vendor Finance Association. He is a licenced Credit Provider, Auctioneer & Real Estate agent, having also been the national general manager of a real estate franchise, amongst other things. He once owned a website that taught vendor finance and positive cashflow property strategies.

In his time, Mike has completed many joint ventures, bought & sold over a hundred properties and semi-retired at 37 with 22 rental properties in the personal portfolio. Mike is well placed to impart many “pearls of wisdom” to those who come along to our next meeting.

There will be some structured networking being offered, following Mike’s presentation.

Meeting room doors open at 6.30 pm for a 7.00 pm start. Finish around 9.00pm.

Enjoy a meal at the hotel before the meeting and/or a drink afterwards.

Please bring pen and paper as you’ll want to take plenty of notes! This is also a great opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and other participants. You might like to bring a jacket/ cardigan too, in case the room gets a little cool. And, of course, Business Cards!
