When investors are looking to build a sustainable property portfolio one of the things that most investors look for is good capital growth, which of course is required to provide the equity which can be used to purchase additional properties.
However the thing that a lot of investors forget about is the cash flow, I see it every day in my role as a Property Investment Strategist, investors with a few high value properties in their portfolio who are stuck and can’t move forward because they the cash flow in their portfolio is too low and they don’t have serviceability for loans.
A great way to help alleviate the cash flow woes are dual income properties.
