Her renovating experience includes flipping houses for herself, doing ‘takeover’ deals with distressed property owners, purchasing mortgagee sales at auction, joint venture partnership projects, finding profitable deals for others, renovation consultancy and project management. Through her friendly personality and easy communication style, Julie teaches others how to become confident when renovating for profit by holding hands-on workshops here in Perth.
