David boasts over 30 years’ experience in the industry as a planner and urban designer. He is a national leader in the design and delivery of innovation, technology, enterprise and employment precincts. His work includes town planning, urban design and development projects locally, nationally and internationally for local and state governments and the private sector.
He has experience in significant projects in land use strategies, growth area planning, mixed use and residential master planning, urban regeneration, town centre revitalisation studies and initiatives, government planning policy development and urban design to name a few. David contributes to education and training as a regular presenter at conferences in Australia and throughout Asia and teaches at Universities for the Planning Institute of Australia. He provides the highest quality, creative and leading Town Planning and Urban Design services with qualifications in planning and a masters of urban design and has a number of publications in his field.
