There is a lot of confusion out there with the media talking of a Coronavirus pandemic, Stock market volatility and yet house prices increasing in several capital cities- can this continue with such apparent counter-forces operating? Such headlines can easily distract many investors from a common sense approach to reading the market.
To offer a sensible counter-point to the current levels of confusion, I have invited property investing mentor, property market analyst and author Brendan Kelly, to provide a balanced market perspective for Brisbane and Qld as a whole, and to also share with us some of the more important things to consider when you’re trying to spot ‘opportunities’ in the current market.

As CEO of Property Predictions, an independent and respected property research organisation dedicated to accurately forecasting suburb median and rental price movements, Brendan has a unique insight into local property markets across Australia.
Today, as a public speaker, professional investor, Property Mentor, and Property Market Analyst, Brendan regularly presents at seminars and donates his time to local investor networking groups as a motivator and educator on property investing and wealth creation strategies.
